New for 2014 are our selection of ‘New Shorter Courses’
These fun packed, creative shorter one day courses run from 9.30 until 2.30 – leaving plenty of time to get back for the school run, etc.
With a maximum of 12 delegates per course our 2 expert in house chefs will guide you throughout the day.
All ingredients used during the day are provided, along with lunch and drinks.

Better Baking - Learn the art of making whoopee pies, delicious chocolate eclairs, and making beautifully decorated cupcakes. This busy Shorter Baking Course covers many aspects of baking, giving you good all round knowledge.
Faster Pasta - Learn how to make ravioli, tortellini and tagliatelle accompanied with various sauces – a busy productive course followed by a light lunch and wine.
Macaroon Making – During the day you will learn the art of Macaroon making, using different flavours and perfecting this very popular art. Lunch and drinks will follow this course.
Oriental Thai – Learn how to make an authentic Northern Thai Chicken Noodle Soup, Thai Green Curry with sticky rice and a Coconut Crème Brulee, all served for lunch with a glass of wine.
Soup Making – Learn to make a clear, cream and broth Soup accompanied with delicious Soda Bread, baked by your own hands. This busy course will be followed by lunch and wine.
Whatever you don’t eat during the day can be taken home to show off your culinary flair to your family and friends.
