Beginner – Level 1
For those that have a basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking. (are able to make beans on toast) and would like to develop their skills and portfolio of dishes further.
Intermediate – Level 2
For those that regularly spend time preparing meals in the kitchen and want to improve their skills in a specific area of interest.
Additional time is spent on finer details of working in the kitchen.
Advanced – Level 3
For those who are comfortable preparing more complex dishes, for dinner parties and special occasions. The focus is on advanced techniques and skills, with time also spent on the finer details of presentation.
