Bread Making

A hands-on introduction to making the dough, using top quality flour and grains.

The art of bread making is at the heart of good cookery, and one of the most satisfying things you can do. Using the simplest of ingredients you will learn the fermentation process and the different methods of bread making.

The main objective of this course is to learn how to make different varieties of bread by hand using minimal equipment. You will also learn about the science behind the ingredients, recipes and method used.

All of our bread is made by hand without the use of specialist machinery so it can be easily replicated at home. You will have plenty of bread and bakery products that you have made to take home with you at the end of the day to impress your family and friends.

  • Cottage Loaf
  • Ciabatta
  • Brioche
  • Soda Bread
  • Wholemeal Bread
  • Multiseed

A light lunch and refreshments are included in your chosen course.
