Our Introduction to Indian Cookery Course will instruct lovers of authentic Indian food how to prepare and cook a colourful, varied and tasty range of aromatic, flavoursome dishes.

The aromas produced whilst cooking the spices and sauces will make your mouth water in anticipation of tasting your own dishes.

Using only the freshest ingredients, herbs and spices you will create Indian Starters, Main dishes and accompaniments from scratch.

You will be able to reproduce the techniques learnt so that you can share new and exciting dishes with your family.

An inspirational, fun filled day suitable for all abilities.

Some example of the dishes you may be cooking are:

  • Tandoori Prawns
  • Potato and Pea Samosas
  • Beef Rogan Josh – (medium/hot Curry)
  • Mughlai Chicken – (mild Curry)
  • Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower and Potato curry)
  • Onion Bhaji
  • Naan Bread
  • Basmati Rice / Plain Rice

A light lunch and refreshments are included in your chosen course.
