Apple and Fennel Salad with salted Caramel pecans and prosciutto wafers

Pulled Lamb Shoulder Shepherds Pie style with cheese and leek mash and mint gravy

Thick cut Marmalade Bread and Butter pudding

Darjeeling and pink peppercorn scones with strawberry
