Here at Bridge 67 Cookery School we are introducing a new Baking with Allergies course to give you inspiration and confidence in baking for those with such food intolerances.
Whether allergic to gluten, dairy or eggs, this course will teach you the tricks for making bread, cakes and cookies that are delicious and free from dairy, gluten and eggs.
The course will be ran by ‘Pig In the Kitchen’s', Mel Fenson.
Mel, mum of 4 was faced with the everyday challenge of cooking for a daughter with various food allergies and was forced to break with traditional baking looking at new ways of cooking, gluten, dairy & egg free, delicious cake recipes.
She has set up her own website www.piginthekitchen.co.uk which is jam packed with allergy-friendly recipes, all recipes can be tailored to suit individual allergies, Contact Mel with your specific requirements.
