
Level - Basic

Being able to confidently use your kitchen knives can save time and effort when cooking. Not only will you learn knife skills such as chopping, dicing, cutting, slicing and carving you will also be taught how to care for, sharpen and select the right knife for the job.
To complement your knife skills we will then teach you other basic kitchen techniques such as pastry making and handling, both sweet and savory, the art of baking, how to make great stocks and the secrets to sauces. Overall, you should end the day understanding the basics of cooking and the different techniques associated with it.

Bridge 67 Cookery School was established to teach those with little or no experience some basic cooking skills, and for those competent in cooking, some different ideas.
