Cooking Up a Curry

Level - Intermediate

Our cooking up a curry course will instruct lovers of authentic Indian food how to prepare and cook a colourful, varied and tasty range of aromatic dishes. The aromas produced while cooking the spices and the sauces will make your mouth water in anticipation of tasting your own cooked meal.

Our course is designed to really help you understand how to produce the flavours that can be so elusive to get right. You will be able to reproduce the techniques learnt so that you can share new and exciting dishes with your family, such as:-

  • Tandoori Prawns
  • Potato and Pea Samosas
  • Beef Rogan Josh - medium hot curry
  • Mughlai Chicken –mild curry
  • Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower and Potato Curry)

  • Easy cook rice, Normal Rice and Basmati rice

Overall, the day provides you with all the knowledge and recipes to recreate an authentic Indian Meal for you to create for your family and friends.
