Level – Basic to Intermediate
Are you scared of cooking with fish? Many of our customers are uneasy about working with fish, so this course is designed to increase your confidence in buying, handling, preparing and cooking different fish and seafood.
Scaling, gutting, skinning and filleting are all essential skills in fish preparation and will be taught to you on the day. Once successfully prepared the fish will then be transformed into inspiring dishes you can try at home.
