Typical Dishes
Poularde a la Briarde. (chicken with cider & meaux mustard)
Coq a la Biere. (chicken in a beer sauce)
Aigo-Sau provencal fish soup
Rouille. (Rouille is a sauce that consists of olive oil with breadcrumbs, garlic, saffron and chilli pepper)
Piperade. (Piperade is a typical Basque dish prepared with onion, green peppers, and tomatoes sauted and flavoured with red Espelette pepper)
