From hot steaming custard poured over a warm piece of whiskey tart to a tangy raspberry crème brulee, everyone has a favourite recipe on this course. Well for those that like to indulge in puddings every now and then, why not.
We use a variety of fruits, chocolates, pastries, sponges, liqueurs, custards and meringues to make a wide selection of puddings and desserts that are suitable for all occasions from everyday to that all important special occasion.
Examples of dishes that may be included on the day are :
