The team will be split into two, each will be allocated a chef, they will then compete to prepare a 3 course meal within an allotted time.
Both groups will be given a number of recipes, all of which must be cooked throughout the day. The teams must then decide in which order to cook the dishes. They also have to create two innovative and exciting vegetable dishes to accompany the meal.
This is a competitive event in which each cookery team will produce a balanced, well cooked meal that will be judged at the end of the day. The teams will then sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labour with a glass of wine.
