Location

The Bridge Sixty Seven Cookery school is located 1 mile down Debdale Lane, second house on the right hand side at the bottom of the lane, in the village of Smeeton Westerby, near Kibworth Beauchamp.

The cookery school is located on a family farm which is informal, relaxed and great fun. You can even have a tour of the farm if you wish!

Out and About

The picturesque town of Market Harborough is six miles away and has a wealth of lovely shops, boutiques, cafes & bars including the flagship Joules clothing store, Phase Eight, Monsoon, Bagel & Griff, The White Stuff, Waterstones, The Kitchen Range Cookshop, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Cafe Nero and much more.

Also just 3 miles way is the lovely tourist attraction, Foxton Locks - With all the fun of the canals, watch colourful narrow boats ascending the 'staircase' of ten locks, as their crews turn paddles and heave gates open to move their boats up the hill. Discover the wildlife in the side-ponds - ducks, herons, rare reeds and much more.

Find out about Foxton's fascinating history at the museum, then take a boat trip on the canal. Enjoy a pint, or treat yourself to a meal at the Foxton Locks Inn. Then browse through the traditional 'roses and castles' gifts and canal books at the Foxton Locks Shop.

The school is situated 5 miles north of the picturesque town of Market Harborough and 12 miles south of Leicester, Leicestershire on the A6.

By Car from Leicester
On the A6 coming from Leicester turn right into Kibworth Beauchamp and turn right at the roundabout. Turn left at "Kibworth Wines" towards Smeeton Westerby. After the Kings Head pub turn 2nd left into Debdale Lane. We are 1 mile down Debdale Lane, the second house on the right hand side right at the bottom of the lane.

By Car from Market Harborough
On the A6 coming from Harborough turn left into Kibworth Beauchamp and go straight over at the roundabout. Turn left at "Kibworth Wines" towards Smeeton Westerby. After the Kings Head pub turn 2nd left into Debdale Lane. We are 1 mile down Debdale Lane, the second house on the right hand side right at the bottom of the lane.

By Rail
The nearest railway stations are at Market Harborough and Leicester and journey time from London is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

By Bus
There are buses from Market Harborough and Leicester to Kibworth. There is a limited bus service from Market Harborough to Smeeton Westerby.

On Foot
If you are on foot and feeling fit the school is a very pleasant 25 minutes walk from Kibworth, Leicestershire.
